So Long as They Are Xbox Play Anywhere
As revealed yesterday, Microsoft is changing things up with their Xbox Game Pass program, and there are no downsides. According to the head of Xbox Marketing, Aaron Greenberg, a player who subscribes to Xbox Game Pass can play the same games on PC.
As revealed yesterday, the Xbox Game Pass library will expand to include newly released Xbox One exclusives. That means, thanks to your $9.99 monthly subscription, you can play a new game on the day of launch. And as Greenberg just revealed, you may opt to play that game on PC via the Xbox Play Anywhere program.
Yes if the title is Xbox Play Anywhere you can play the PC version too if you are a Game Pass member.

Thus, if you see Sea of Thieves in the Game Pass library, it will automatically work on your Windows 10 computer. The same, theoretically, would be true of acclaimed franchises like Gears of War, Halo, and the upcoming Crackdown. Therefore, you can say that Microsoft’s new direction is downright game-changing.
