Tennis World Tour Is Coming to You in the Spring of Next Year
Are you a tennis fan that has been waiting for what feels like forever for a new Tennis title? Tennis World Tour was announced earlier this year, and now, during the pre-show for its Paris Games Week press briefing, Sony has announced a release window set for Spring 2018.
Tennis hasn’t seen a good simulation video game in over five years, since Grand Slam Tennis 2 in 2012 and now it will return to the PC and PlayStation 4 next year. According to Sony, Tennis World Tour is being developed by the same team that worked on Top Spin 4 for 2K Sports.
When it was announced in March 2017, Breakpoint Studio said that Tennis World Tour will feature a bunch of licensed tennis pros and even though the debut trailer doesn’t show any faces, it’s quite possible that the athletes featured are Gaël Monfils from France and Roger Federer from Switzerland. Both of these players have been confirmed to be a part of the game.
You can check out the new trailer that shows off the slick new game below.
