You Will Soon Be Able to Play Inside…Â Outside
As reported by Famitsu, one of 2016’s biggest gaming hits, Inside, will make its way to Switch and iOS devices. The Playdead indie title which originally debuted for Xbox One before making its way to PS4 and PC eventually was a huge hit earning universal claim from plenty of gaming outlets.
Famitsu got the scoop when they heard it directly from the studio’s co-founder, Art Jensen, as he was in Japan to meet with other developers such as Hideo Kojima and Fumito Ueda. Looks like they had a lot of fun!

If you’re a lapsed Nintendo fan because of the lackluster third-party support in previous Nintendo console generations, then you might find all of the Switch ports to be encouraging. With Inside, Switch continues its momentum with a stronger third-party showing after the announcement of the impressive Doom Switch port. If Nintendo can lock a Switch exclusive with the third-party developers, then it’ll go down as the system that turned the company’s fortunes in the console space.
No release date for Inside on Switch and iOS, but we’ll keep watch.
