MGS V’s Quiet Actress Hints at Death Stranding Involvement

Death Stranding Continues to Be Coy on Social Media

Hopefully, Hideo Kojima will never get his hands on Snapchat or Periscope as any writer assigned to covering the Death Stranding beat would lose their mind. Meanwhile, his mysterious PlayStation 4 game, Death Stranding, continues to tease new actors joining the project. The game already boasts a healthy cast of Norman Reedus, Guillermo del Toro, and Mads Mikkelsen as shown in previous trailers.

The latest rumor of Kojima Productions’ upcoming game is that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain‘s Quiet actress, Stefanie Joosten will be joining the game. The internet fired up last month when she tweeted out a picture of her beside a Mads Mikkelsen poster, with many feeling this is the first sign of the Dutch model being involved in Death Stranding.

GamingBolt also reports that Mads Mikkelsen’s official Twitter account reshared and subsequently deleted a post on Joosten’s tweet. While the account is run by his webteam, the account has kept other Death Stranding gossip tweets like this one on Emma Stone.

Thus, it’s not immediately clear why the account deleted said tweet, but Kojima has been known to employ some bizarre ARG-like tactics when promoting his games. Lest us forget his wild stint as Joakim Mogren. As Kojima has been known to collaborate with his past acting buddies, it’s not unlikely that she’ll be in another Kojima project.
