Private Parts, Whatever Their Size, Are Just Apart of Conan’s World
Anyone new to this subject should know, it has been confirmed that you can adjust your character’s penis size with a slider. The same is true with women and their breasts. It’s all apart of “equality,” according to Funcom. Plus, it just adds that extra level of immersion that every gamer and game developer wants. And to shy away from any adult themes in the world of Conan, well Funcom doesn’t find that very Conan-like. Which is why they intended in-game nudity from the start.
The game developers revealed as much in a Reddit ama. The penis slider evolved from their introduction of genital physics. But devs are intent on taking things further as they deliver human sacrifice as an in-game mechanic. Pretty soon, players will be able to sacrifice other players for enjoyable boosts. On top of that, find new ways to torture, with the idea of an iron maiden floating around. Moreover, there’s likely to be castration…
“Similar to the way in which you capture thralls, we would like you to be able to drag players back to your altars and sacrifice them for a massive boost,” Funcom stated. “We might also add specific killing equipment such as iron maidens etc. In addition we really want you to be able to harvest the heads of your foes and stick them on spikes outside and around your bases. Maybe even at some point…castration.”
Yep! Penis sliders will help facilitate the advent of a castration mechanic. But we have no idea what sort of twisted benefit such mutilation will gain players, as of yet. It may be fantastic, however.
Conan Exiles is currently available on Steam Early Access and has broke into the top ten most played games on the service. This follows a successful release, as it is currently the no. 2 best-seller. We shall see it hit the Xbox Game Preview Program in Spring, until a final release date for the console and an anticipated PS4 release after.
