UnDungeon – Indie Pixelart Action/RPG Reaches Second Stretch Goal, Inching Slowly Towards Their Console Release Tier
Here’s some exciting news for you indie gamers out there. UnDungeon, the indie pixel action/RPG is 100% backed on its Kickstarter, and now begins the trek to reach stretch goals! Thanks to a plethora of generous backers, UnDungeon just smashed out the second tier of their stretch goals. We’ll explain all of the new content that will be coming to the game in a moment, but if you haven’t taken a look at UnDungeon, you can check out the trailer below!
Not only does the game include the “Mystic Links” tier, which gives players “An additional unique personal quest chain for every playable character” plus “New unique content (items, enemies, objects)” to go along with it, it now includes a new set of goodies from their “Hub” tier, which is exactly what it sounds like.
The newly-reached “Hub” tier is “A kind of a limbo or an interlayer between the worlds” where the Herald can do all the great things that you can do at a central hub station, like “relax, train, store the trophies and trinkets, and perhaps even have dreams.” In this interstellar limbo, hub-only challenges will be available for players seeking side-challenges and quests.
With the clock counting down the days until its crowdfunding campaign ends (there are only 12 days left!), we can only hope that they can gather enough funds to bring the game to one of their platform stretch goals, so that gamers can enjoy the game on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and even PS Vita.
