New Blackout Challenge Featurette Now Available On Gallery Hero

Rasterzone Entertainment today revealed a new featurette for the Gallery Hero mobile game. The video features a blackout challenge from the game. Initial footage of blackout challenges were first seen in the game’s trailer earlier this month, and the new featurette shows more, plus another music track from the game. The object of the game is to solve puzzles in order to recover missing artwork. The game features 60 puzzles to solve, and six art pieces to save. Gallery Hero is out now for iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets.

In Gallery Hero, each puzzle is solved by clearing the most tiles with the least number of moves. Blackout challenges add to this by plunging the board into darkness shortly after the game starts. Each successful match will briefly light up the board again so the player can see it and figure out their next move. If the player gets stuck, they can match their own player tiles to reveal the board, but this will cost them two moves.

“Blackout challenges take the game to a whole new level of difficulty and fun. They definitely put your memory to the test from the moment the game goes dark. I really enjoy playing the blackout challenges, and I think players will too,” said Alan Scarantino, founder, Rasterzone Entertainment.
