After a successful Kickstarter to fund the English translation of Libra of the Vampire Princess, bishoujo game developer XERO and publisher MiKandi Japan have entered the next phase of their plan: Lv XERO, the new home for their official pre-order store.
The pre-order store features many popular items from Libra’s Kickstarter: digital and physical formats of the game, the “Collector’s Box Set”, a 20-track OST, a 60-page art book, and such otaku specialties as pillow covers (dakimakura). In addition to the 30+ items to choose from, there are also two never-before-seen “intimate” items.
Pre-order merchandise is set at a discount price from now until Libra’s official release later this fall. Forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club via Stripe and PayPal. There are also a wide range of shipping options offered through Japan Post Service.
Hosted by game producer MOKA and voice actor Mayumi Shindo, Lv XERO will also transmit behind-the-scenes bishojo-game information from the creator’s point of view to living rooms and basements the all over the universe. This portion of the site is currently under development and will debut in the near future.
