It’s Fight or Flight (Or Swim?) In Project G, AÂ Side-Scrolling, Submerged Shooter!
Project G takes place in the year 2110, and humanity is on the brink of collapse. Mankind depends on top secret farms for survival, where they are protected by mechanical sentries that take the form of various aquatic lifeforms. Across 25 levels (with a rousing finale of a bonus stage on top of it), you’ll earn credits and pick up all sorts of materials in a means to help upgrade the means of protecting your hide, as well as keeping humanity going just one more day. You’ll have multiple types of special weapons to employ, and boy are you going to need it against the swarms of cybernetic creatures bent on kicking your ass!
The fine folks at Nebula Interactive are excited to bring you this title. Project G is based in a hostile  world where the polar ice caps have melted. While entertaining us with their fun and compelling game, Nebula Interactive remind us of the effects and dangers of global warming. Within each level achieved, users receive more information about the concept and story of the game. Those who unlock all entries will find the safety location for Earth! There’s also a few secrets, for the truly dedicated players. You can come across the main hope for humanity’s salvation, known as Giga Corp, but it won’t be easy, as these creatures are hellbent on making you meet your maker.
Project G goes live on Steam on May 13th, and will be released on PC only. You can acquire the game from Nebula Interactive’s website, or you can acquire it from Steam, where the listing will go live closer to the title’s release. For fans of retro shooters that pit you against hellish creatures of all shapes and sizes, Project G is sure to help scratch that itch, but just hope that it doesn’t scratch back!
