If you haven’t played the games in the Stronghold series, you are in for a treat. They give you the God-like power to build your own castle, including fortifications and a defending army, and then face off against invading forces to test how well your castle holds up.
Plus, there are lots of other things to do in this surprisingly-deep game. You can invade other castles, do the campaigns, even mess around with the map editor (which is embarrassingly addicting in itself). There is literally hundreds of hours of fun in this package for a few bucks.
