Xbox Live’s Party Chat has always been a great way to hang out with your virtual friends. That being said, one of the most common complaints is has been that 8 players is not enough, and of course some games have more than 8 players on a team. Well have no fear, an Xbox Live Update is here to solve that problem.
Microsoft has officially announced that party chat has been increased form 8 to 12 players. And the neat thing about it, it has gone live for ALL. Yep, it’s just not limited to those in the preview program who are currently testing the new dashboard. If you want to talk to more than 8 players, well you can….right now.
We are sure that this upgrade to the party system will be something that people will enjoy, especially when you consider the new Warzone mode for Halo 5 Guardians is coming out in under a month, with 12 player support.
