Activision today released Torn Banner Studios’ Chivalry: Medieval Warfare for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system. Blending thoughtful tactics and visceral combat, this melee-oriented online multiplayer action game delivers the same hard-hitting experience found on PC and the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft.
Chivalry: Medieval Warfare features fast-moving 12-player conflict across a multitude of battle modes, including Team Deathmatch, Free-for-All, Capture the Flag, Team Objective and more. A tactile, precision control scheme puts tremendous power into players’ hands while detailed art design and environments sell the game’s Old World theme.
Players choose from one of four classes in Chivalry: Medieval Warfare: Knight, Vanguard, Man-at-Arms and Archer. Each class has its own unique strengths and vulnerabilities in terms of range, mobility and equipment.
