Pokemon GO Worldwide Bloom Event – Rare Grass Types and Lures Galore

The Pokemon GO Worldwide Bloom Event Kicks off, Spawning Multitudes of Rare Grass Monsters and Extending Lure Modules to 6 Hours

Pokemon GO Worldwide Bloom event kicks off today and there’s a huge influx of grass-type Pocket Monsters popping up around the globe. Not only are the standard grass Pokemon coming in in droves, but you’ll be seeing a lot more of the rarer Pokemon such a Bulbasaur, Chickorita, and their evolved forms out in the open and waiting to be captured. To help you reel them into your location, Lure Modules will be lasting for an entire six hours at any Pokestop you put them on.

Although rumors may have led some to believe Celebi would be making a debut this time around, unfortunately, no legendary Pokemon have made an appearance in the game yet. It’s possible that some of the legendary all-stars of the Pokemon franchise might start circulating around Niantic’s community events, so we may start seeing some of the rare and powerful monsters as soon as June or July.

The weekend-long event is only active until May 8th so, if you need one for your team, now’s the time to nab these grass Pokemon. If you’re trying to level, be sure to take advantage of this window and harvest them for their Candies and sweet, sweet Stardust.
