Splatoon 2 Global Testfire Starts This Weekend, Live Streaming from Nintendo of America’s Treehouse

Get in and splat even the freshest of Squid Kids in Nintendo’s Splatoon 2 Global Testfire for the Nintendo Switch this weekend! Six hour long stages will be starting on Friday, so if you’re itching to play, be sure to check out the entire time lineup below!

Friday, March 24
12-1 p.m. PT (3-4 p.m. ET)
8-9 p.m. PT (11-11:59 p.m. ET)

Saturday, March 25
4-5 a.m. PT (7-8 a.m. ET)
12-1 p.m. PT (3-4 p.m. ET)
8-9 p.m. PT (11-11:59 p.m. ET)

Sunday, March 26
4-5 a.m. PT (7-8 a.m. ET)

If you can’t jump in yourself, Nintendo of America’s localization group, Treehouse, will be streaming the game with their very own select “experts” participating in the Testfire during each hour long game session. Nintendo will he hosting the stream on Nintendo’s homepage, their Twitch channel, and on Youtube.

If you just can’t wait until summer, which is the expected Nintendo Switch launch date for the ink-filled, squiddy first-person shooter, you can get a taste of what’s in store for Splatoon 2 this weekend during the Global Testfire. Only two stages will be made available during the Testfire, but for those of you eager to start the chaos, you can download the testfire ahead of time, but it won’t be available until the times listed above.
