Razer Will Try To Make Streaming More Accessible With The Launch of The Kiyo X and Ripsaw X
Razer is a leading brand in video game peripherals and the company is known for its wide variety of top tier, premium products including headsets, mice, keyboards and now, streaming equipment. As the company continues to expand its portfolio, they have endeavored to provide a lower barrier of entry for gamers looking to enter the world of streaming. Razer announced that from today, the Kiyo X webcam and Ripsaw X capture card will be available from select retailers and the official website.
The Razer Kiyo X USB webcam delivers HD clarity or 60fps streaming either at 1080p 30FPS or 720p 60FPS. Streamer can utilize Razer Synapse technology to edit their settings along with the Auto-Focus option. The Razer Kiyo X also comes with Virtual Ring Light Software, that gives streamers great lighting so their streams and video quality truly stand out.
The Razer Ripsaw X is a capture card capable of providing video quality at 4k resolution up to 30FPS. The product has near zero-latency communication with any compatible source device and essentially provides a plug-and-play solution that works with all major streaming programs.
These two pieces of equipment are perfect for the up-and-coming streamer that wants to get into the vast world of streaming on a budget. With affordable pricing, Razer may be making a true statement in the industry soon.
The Kiyo X is available for the price of $79.99 USD / 89.99€ while the Ripsaw X will go for $139.99 USD / 139.99€. Although the products are available now, the Virtual Ring Light Technology will be available in October.
