Fallout 76: Check Out What Horrors Await You With Our Creature Guide

Fallout 76: A Field Guide to all the Creatures

Fallout 76 will be an interesting departure for Bethesda Studios, taking a brave step into a strictly online experience. It sounds like they are taking a cautious approach for their first outing and have come up with all manner of interesting and deadly creatures for the players to encounter in lieu of human NPCs. The wasteland is getting just a little more dangerous as the only humans you’ll encounter are other players, so why not throw in some crazy creatures like giant sloths and other horrors? We took the time to comb through as much footage as we could find, the fan pages, the behind the scenes videos, everything we could get our eager little hands on to supply you, the reader, with all the information out there on what you will encounter out there in West Virginia. Check out our findings below.

Fallout 76 is Bethesda Studio’s first step into an exclusively online experience with their massive open world Fallout franchise. The game takes place in West Viriginia with players encouraged to co-operate together to build shelters and fortifications, carving out a little slice of civilization while the mutated and horrific wilderness threatens you around every corner. To make the game a little more interesting, active nuke silo’s are scattered across the map and should a player or team unlock the activation code they can choose to bomb anywhere else on the map. Most of us here at COGconnected will be surprised if it takes more than an hour for the first nuke to be launched.
