Pick De Blob 2 Up on Switch on August 28th

de Blob 2, the updated remastered version, has finally been giving a release date for the Nintendo Switch, THQ Nordic has announced today. A digital and retail version will launch on August 28th for only $29.99.

de Blob 2

The colourful platformer was originally released all the way back in February 2011 for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii, and the DS. It was remastered with a higher resolution and frame rate on PC, PS4, and Xbox One within the last year. The original De Blob was also re-released on PC and current consoles.

For those unfamiliar with the series, de Blob 2 is a platformer with a unique painting mechanic alongside “classic platforming actions and low gravity space.”
