So Many KoF Titles
Some sensitive information has landed in the hands of one YouTuber who was kind enough to share it with us all. Spawn Wave has allegedly acquired information on an SNK Neo Geo Mini being announced real soon. If this is a fake, it comes with some very convincing mock-up shots.
On top of that, the games list seems like exactly the sort of thing SNK would compile. The product in question is listed with 40 games, proper arcade inputs and an HDMI port for full-sized TV use. All of this is set at a price point of around $100 USD. Again, grains of salt all around, but this looks fairly legit.
Okay, admittedly I have been wrong about the legit-ness of rumors before. And there’s nothing to suggest that this will end up being any different. But damn it, I want this one to be real. Even if that control setup looks a bit cramped, this is the closest I’ll get to arcade style play of these games for this little money. Most real deal Neo Geo machines run for between $500 and $1000 on the second-hand market. Compared to that, $100 seems like a steal. Here’s hoping this is one rumor that actually pans out. Oh!
