A New Death Stranding Trailer Awaits Us All at E3 2018
Last month we told you to expect some eye-melting good cut scenes in Death Stranding…so when are we going to get to see this? Well, as it turns out we might get out chance in just a few weeks time as Hideo Kojima has teased a new trailer for E3.
The eccentric video game designer responsible for the Metal Gear franchise, has recently posted that Death Stranding will make yet another grand appearance on the biggest stage of the year: E3! That’s right, he tweeted a picture of editing setup that included the words “A Hideo Kojima Game.” Considering it’s the only game he’s announced, it’s a fair to assume Death Stranding is the game in question. Of course, if you needed further proof, eagle-eyed fans were able to enlarge the photo finding the file name E3_2018_trailer_edit. You can check out Kojima’s tweet about the mysterious PS4 exclusive below.
While I was trying to edit by installing 4K materials, my PC couldn't operate smoothly enough due to horsepower shortage. No chance for linear editing. I shall edit with 2K for a while.😭 pic.twitter.com/0ISSBA5Z3q

It’s likely that the upcoming trailer will be just as weird as the last one was, however fingers crossed that it will reveal some more details about Death Stranding, and hopefully put the game into context. Considering the last time we got a good look at the game was the total mind bending trailer from the Game Awards at the end of 2017, some clarification would be much appreciated. As it stands there isn’t a whole lot we know about the game, except of course that it involves some high-tech equipment, a mysterious baby and a star studded cast. Death Stranding does not yet have a release date, but maybe this will be revealed at E3 as well.
What are you hoping to see from the E3 trailer? Do you think it will be another cinematic trailer or a gameplay trailer? Let us know in the comments below and don’t forget to keep it locked for updates!
