Become a Fortnite Emote Through Dance
Epic Games is running a dance contest called “#boogiedown” for their hit battle royale game, Fortnite. It is active and running until April 10, and the grand prize winner gets their dance featured in Battle Royale as an emote.
In order to enter, record a video of yourself or a group performing an original dance. Then, share the submission on Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram using the hastag #boogiedown. In addition, your dance must “fit the playful personality of Fortnite.” Check out the trailer below.
Epic will judge each submission based on three criteria: fun (does your dance fit the playful personality of Fortnite?), originality (is your dance original?), and creativity (how unique and imaginative is your dance?).
The winner will also be awarded 10,000 V-Bucks, disco-themed cosmetics, and an exclusive “IRL” Boogie Bomb. There will be a total of 100 winners, and all the prizes are listed on the Epic Games website.
