Silver Age Adventures For All
If you’ve been feeling like your adventures in Trove have been missing something, perhaps some hero-style antics will fill that blocky void? The Trove Heroes expansion is coming to the game this Spring, bringing a host of heroic activities along with it.
Okay, well it’s not a host exactly, but there a few new things for you to do once this expansion drops in a month or two. For starters, you’ll have access to the new character class, the Vanguardian. This class uses a mix of powerful melee strikes and long-range moves in order to evoke that distinct Silver-Age feeling. There will also be some new quests and a new setting. Head to Luminopolis, a new section of Neon City, in order to take part in a battle between the Resistors and the Amperion.
If none of that sounds particularly appealing, know that there will also be Mega Bosses to take down. Like all of Trove’s new content, this will be free for all players. All this game asks of you is your time, and maybe some in-game currency. There’s no concrete release date yet, but you can head to the game’s website for a chance at some more info on the expansion and when it will be out.
