Shadow of the Colossus PS4 Remake Loomed Large Over UK Sales Charts Last Week
Shadow of the Colossus was one of the PS2’s classic titles, and fans were understandably stoked with the recent release of the title on the PS4. And it seems to have paid off, with recent sales figures showing the game has indeed been doing well. In fact, according to GfK Chart-Track, the Shadow of the Colossus PS4 remake of the PS2 classic beat out popular titles such as FIFA 18, Super Mario Odyssey and Monster Hunter: World.
Other popular titles such as Grand Theft Auto V, The Evil Within 2, Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, Fallout 4 and Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild made the top 15 on the sales chart.
Notably, Grand Theft Auto V is still going strong despite initially coming out more than four years ago. Last week, according to recent sales figures from the game’s publisher Take-Two Interactive, the game sold over 15 million copies in 2017 alone. It made last week’s top 5 in terms of UK sales, according to the GfK Chart-Track. You can check out the full top 20 games below.
