There’s more stuff too for those that already own the game. Starting tomorrow, a free Avatar bundle and Photo Mode theme will be released for free on the PlayStation Store. The bundle features characters from the game while the Photo Mode theme contains some of the best photos captured by fans.

A new behind-the-scenes video called ‘Inventing Instruments” highlights the creation of Horizon Zero Dawn’s music featuring music supervisor Lucas van Tol. You can check out the video below.

The PlayStation Gear store is also running a discount throughout March on the Modern Icons Aloy statue. Fans can enter the code ‘anniversary’ at checkout for 25% off. Don’t doddle as quantities are limited.

As mentioned above, the Complete Edition of the game — which comes packed with The Frozen Wilds expansion, a digital art book, a PS4 theme, and bonus items — is currently discounted as part of this week’s Critics Choice Sale. This is the cheapest the game’s been in a long time, so don’t miss out if you haven’t already experienced Aloy’s excellent adventure. The sales will end March 6th.

Guerilla has also revealed that Horizon Zero Dawn has sold more than 7.6 million copies worldwide since its release last year. That makes it the best-selling new first-party franchise on PS4.

“We had huge ambition for Horizon Zero Dawn and as we approached the launch we knew people were excited, but to see sales of this volume is truly mind blowing,” said Herman Hulst, Guerilla’s co-founder and managing director. “Since launch, millions of players have joined Aloy on a quest to discover the secrets of the old ones. We hope they enjoy playing Horizon Zero Dawn as much as we enjoyed making it.”
