F-Zero Meets Splatoon in Trailblazers, a Better Racing Experience

Retro Music, Lavish Maps, and Co-Op in One Amazing Race

Are you tired of buying racing games and driving across clean roads? Well, now you don’t have to. Thanks to indie developer Supergonk and their team-up with Rising Star Games, we have a dynamic racing experience that combines elements of Splatoon and F-Zero. Presenting Trailblazers, a colorful racing title with a stunning design.

Trailblazers

In Trailblazers, you can participate in co-op with teams of up to three. Whether it’s online or split-screen, like every racing title, the goal is to be first at the finish line. But there’s a twist: Instead of simply blazing a trail, you’re painting the world. You’ll be leaving a colorful mark on the road in the form of paint. These streams of your team’s color will grant an essential speed boost throughout the course. In co-op, working together and painting trails is the key to outrunning opponents. The rest involves driving and enjoying the immaculate playgrounds around you.

“The Supergonk team is proud to announce Trailblazers; our vision of true co-op racing designed from the ground-up with team play at its core,” said Ben Ward, founder of Supergonk, in a press release. “The brand new paint/boost mechanics introduce a fresh layer of second-to- second strategic thinking which can’t be found in other racing titles. As huge racing game fans, we feel that the genre often hasn’t been as innovative as we’d like. Our aim with Trailblazers is clear: to create a brand new IP to reinvigorate the genre and build an unexpected new racer that we ourselves want to play”.

Trailblazers offers an intense thrill-ride with its share of beautiful maps. And if you like racing, intense scenery, and beautiful music, then you need not look any further the campaign. Deserts, mountains, and lush areas are available in the extended single-player experience. Therefore, co-op isn’t necessary to discover the true beauty of the game; it’s just very, very, fun.

Expect Trailblazers to arrive globally for all major gaming platforms in Spring 2018. Keep your eyes peeled for updates as we learn more. In the meantime, you can discover all the nuance behind the game’s mechanics by visiting the developer’s website.

Happy gaming.
