Cheap PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds on Xbox One Deal Includes Free Copy of Titanfall 2

Great Deal For PUBG and Titanfall 2

Have you been on the fence about picking up the newly-released Xbox One version of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds? Sure, it has some issues like we told you about last week but today we discovered a deal that may be difficult to pass up.

This is really a fantastic deal. For a limited time, Newegg is selling the Xbox One version of PUBG and a copy of the acclaimed Titanfall 2 for only $30. This deal comes from the sentient bargain-hunting bot, Wario64:

PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds finally launched on Xbox One in early access form on December 12. Despite some of the issues PUBG’s developers are promising improvements and have already released an update that fixes some issues.

“This is the start of the road for us. [The game is] a little rough, right, but we want to work over the next coming months with the community, with Microsoft and really polish it off and really make the game run as smooth as we can across all consoles.”

While you’re waiting for PUBG to get its act together on Xbox One, you can busy yourself with Titanfall 2, one of the best-reviewed games of 2016. In our review we said:

“It saddened me to see the player base from Titanfall dwindle so quickly because it was something so different from many other shooters at the time. The newest iteration in Titanfall 2 has clearly demonstrated that the team at Respawn was not ready to give up on an awesome concept. With just the addition of a well-designed campaign and more titan chassis for multiplayer Titanfall 2 would have been a decent game, but because of the focus on customization and a variety of other details this game is obviously a labor of love.”

The PUBG/Titanfall 2 deal is only available until December 21, so get on it, if you’re interested. Here’s the Newegg link again.
