Battlefield 1 Beautiful Turning Tides DLC Gets New Details

The Latest in a String of Great DLC

DICE is back at it with stunning multiplayer content coming to Battlefield 1. There’s plenty to see, including new maps, new gear, new vehicles, and even a new mode. Here’s everything coming with the new Turning Tides DLC.

Two new maps arrive with the Gallipoli Operation: Cape Helles and Achi Baba. Players will take the fight to land and sea, men hitting the shores and planes battling destroyers. New vehicles include the L-Class Destroyer and the C-Class Airship. Therefore, you should expect bullets from all sides that recapture the carnage of these historic sites.

Then we have battles that took place in the North Sea. New European maps include Heliogland Bight, where British Royal Marines and the German Navy go head to head. And yes, the British Royal Marines are a new faction that comes with the DLC. They’re also available in the map of Zeebrugge, where the British lead a daring raid on the Belgian port. Again, the fight takes place across sky, sea, and air like never before. Additional specializations will leave you wanting more.

But we haven’t even gotten to the weapons, of which there are six total: M1917 Trench Carbine, Maschinenpistole M1912/P.16, Farquhar-Hill, M1917 MG, Carcano M91 Carbine, and Type 38 Arisaka. What do these weapons do? You won’t even know until you try them out.

Can’t leave, however, without mentioning Conquest Assault. This new Battlefield 1 mode puts the defending group in control of all objectives at the start. The attacking faction has to strategically capture every point in order to win. Meanwhile, the opposing team must do everything possible to maintain control.
