Can’t Overstate How Cute This Looks
If platformers are your thing as long as their adorable, then the 2D platforming adventure Wuppo should be right up your alley. Alternately, you may find this style of graphics horrifying rather than cute. Not everyone can be right, I suppose.
Wuppo is a PC platformer and/or social sim where you connect with a community of tiny blobs in order to better yourself. To be a better blob, as it were. Also there’s some combat, exploration and wacky boss fights. To be fair, the action is mostly centered on firing off tiny projectiles of stuff at huge oddities of indeterminate origin in order to win each battle. Maybe cute is only part of it. This game also looks super weird.
Originally a Steam release, Wuppo is getting new life on consoles. The game will be released on PS4 and Xbox One on November 10th, 2017. Thus, an entire new audience will have the chance to guide a tiny blob with legs to the pinnacle of power and enlightenment.
