Dynasty Warriors 9 Will Run at 30 FPSÂ in 4K
With the recent announcement of Dynasty Warriors 9, you may be wondering whether or not the graphics will improve after number 8. Well, wonder no more! The game’s director has confirmed that the game will run at PS4 and PS4 Pro quality.
According to a recent interview conducted with Bahamuth’s Crazy Arcade, the newest Dynasty Warriors will be playable at a stable 30 FPS at 4K resolution. While at 1080p, the game will be able to achieve a stable 60 FPS. This news comes with the confession that the previous entry, Dynasty Warriors 8, was developed for the PS3. Thus, at the very least, this most recent entry will sport a marked improvement in graphics.
Unfortunately, there was no word on whether the 4K resolution mentioned will be native or checkerboard at this time. Dynasty Warriors 9 will be released in Japan in 2017. We already know a western release is in the works, although there is no confirmed date for this.
