Actual Meth Included in Used Copy of GTA V

Actual Meth in Contention for Worst Bonus Content Ever, Thanks Florida

A Florida mom found an unexpected bit of extra content when she discovered a baggie of actual meth in a used copy of Grand Theft Auto V.

Grand Theft Auto V Actual Meth

The drugs were found in a used copy of the game purchased from a Gamestop in Tallahassee. The baggie was first discovered by Kayla McAllister’s eleven-year-old son, for whom the game was intended. The police were immediately contacted, who tested the substance. The mother’s suspicions were confirmed, with a field test coming back positive for methamphetamine. The Gamestop in question offered to replace the game, but McAllister refused.

This was probably a smart move on McAllister’s part. Perhaps she was afraid of finding another stash, like this store is some sort of front for a lucrative meth business? Ideally, she thought better of buying a game about committing felonies with no real repercussions for her eleven-year-old. Local law enforcement are collaborating with the aforementioned Gamestop in order to discern how this loaded copy of Grand Theft Auto V made its way to the store. The retailer expressed their regrets in allowing this to happen, stating that they “work diligently to ensure the quality of our pre-owned items are like new.” On a totally unrelated note, does anyone remember the last time this happened? Parents, remember to always check those manuals.
