There’s a Disturbance in the Force
Just a few days ahead of its planned Star Wars Celebration on April 15th, it appears the first trailer for Star Wars Battlefront 2 may have just leaked on NeoGAF.There were big plans to have a reveal trailer at the grand celebration as a trailer was to be shown at “The Galaxywide Premiere of Star Wars Battlefront 2” panel. And, it’s still possible there may be more trailers in store, but for now, this looks like a pretty legit leak of Star Wars Battlefront 2’s first trailer.
As you can see above, the quick video has no gameplay footage, but instead, focuses on the Star Wars’ famed lore as we get glimpses of a new character, Darth Maul, Yoda, and Kylo Ren. Yes, one of the more intriguing lines from the video is, “Fight Multiplayer Battles Across All Eras.” Whether this means we’ll be able to use Rogue One’s Chirrut to beat the living Hell out of Episode One’s Jar Jar Binks remains to be seen.
Lastly, the video also hints at another pre-order exclusive for Star Wars: The Last Jedi Heroes. Not entirely sure what that means, but surely, more will be revealed at the upcoming event.
