The Weekly Famitsu Gaming Magazine Shows off Sonic Forces Alpha Screenshots, and They Look Absolutely Stunning

Today’s Weekly Famitsu Magazine gave gamers a taste of what to expect in Sega’s upcoming blue-hedgehog centered game, Sonic Forces (previously known as Sonic 2017). Included in the article are Sonic Forces alpha screenshots that show off the early stages of the game, and they’re surprisingly stunning. The screenshots that were included in the article seem to be from the same level that was shown in the gameplay trailer, giving us more information about Sonic’s new environment as well as the awesome power of the new Hedgehog Engine 2, the upgraded game engine that succeeds the original Hedgehog Engine used in Sonic Generations.

Sonic Forces will be making its way to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and the Nintendo Switch this holiday season.
