Call of Duty 2017 World War 2 Reveal Trailer Incoming This Weekend

Call of Duty 2017 World War 2 Reveal Trailer Incoming?

It is that time of the year again when Call of Duty rumors start to kick into overdrive. Last week we told you how the upcoming Call of Duty is expected to be getting a photo-realistic upgrade this year. This rumor was thanks to a job advertisement posted on Activision’s official website. Last month, we told you about some artwork and other material leaked for Call of Duty: WWII. According to a post on NeoGAF, IGN teased that some news would be breaking over the weekend.

Kotaku’s Jason Schreier, who has been reliable when it comes to leaks on other Activision games like Destiny for instance, said, “What annualized military shooter series always gets announced during the first or second weekend of the NBA playoffs?”

Of course this all needs to be taken with a grain of salt and is pure speculation at this point. Activision has not confirmed whether a reveal trailer is coming out or not. That said, the timing seems about right. Over the past few years, we have seen new Call of Duty games revealed late April or early May, including the likes of Advanced Warfare, Black Ops III and Infinite Warfare. So it only makes sense we could see a big Call of Duty reveal in the next few days.
