PS Now Streaming Subscription to Include PS4 Games in 2017

Many More Great Games Are about to Hit Your PS4 and/or PC

We are not joking when we say that, starting 2017, PS Now subscription will include PlayStation 4 titles to the list. That’s right, the list of 483 games will expand to include games from this generation. PlayStation made the announcement on their blog, happily stating that the catalog will also extend to PC users. Moreover, one subscription can be shared with multiple devices by utilizing PlayStation’s cloud storage.

As of yet, we don’t know which titles shall be included in the new PS Now subscription, nor when the inclusion shall commence. But current PS Now subscribers should expect an email from PlayStation offering tests for the newly streamed titles. And as usual, no downloading necessary; all PS4 games will be streamed.

Once testing gets underway, we should approach a concrete release date and solid roadmap of games. This will likely be PlayStation’s equivalent to the recently announced Xbox Game Pass – a subscription service reserved for Xbox One games.

Until we know more, the blog offered PS4 owners a gander at PS Now and current titles by presenting the seven-day free trial. A number of titles subscribers can play include the following:

  • Red Dead Redemption
  • Tekken Tag Tournament 2
  • Mortal Kombat
  • WWE 2K15
  • The Last of Us
  • Mafia II
  • Injustice: Gods Among Us
  • NBA 2K14
  • Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution
  • Batman Arkham Origins

We eagerly await more news about the upcoming changes to PS Now. For more as it comes, simply stay tuned. Happy gaming.
