Tiny Heist Is a New Free Indie Game From the Developer of Super Hexagon and VVVVVV
To top off 2016, developer Terry Cavanagh released a new free indie game! Best known for challenging puzzle games like Super Hexagon and VVVVVV, Terry Cavanagh says that his new game, Tiny Heist, is a rogue-like where stealth plays an important role in progression.
The game directs you through minimalist, DOS game-esque tower levels, while you snatch up gemstones and avoid patrol bots as you make your way to the top.
The game started as a seven day project back in 2015, but was put away until last December, when he committed to completing it by year’s end. Tiny Heist is available to download via his blog for Windows and Mac, and can even be played in-browser as a Flash Game. This is most likely Cavanagh’s last flash game, as HTML 5 is phasing it out as a gaming platform.
