Massive Nintendo Switch Tour Making Only Canadian Stop on Sunday January 29

Nintendo Switch Tour Comes to TO

Weeks before its official launch, the new Nintendo Switch is making a special appearance in Toronto, and local gaming fans can be among the first in the world to try the new console. The Nintendo Switch Preview Tour is making its only Canadian stop next weekend at Toronto’s Metro Toronto Convention Centre, and on Sunday, January 29, fans can experience Nintendo’s newest home console first-hand.

Across a 10,000 square foot event, attendees will be able to interact with the Nintendo Switch in original and surprising settings, each of which bring to life the console’s different play modes. This home video game system not only connects to a TV at home, but also instantly transforms into an on-the-go handheld using its 6.2-inch screen.

Wristbands will be handed out beginning at 8 a.m. for three separate sessions taking place throughout the day. [10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.] Space is very limited, and wristbands will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Early arrival is highly recommended.

The Nintendo Switch Preview Tour kicked off in New York on January 13, and will be making additional stops in Washington D.C., San Francisco and Los Angeles.
