Stress Free Gaming Experience, Perfect, Making Vacation Obsolete

Virtual Reality Game, Perfect, Launches Tomorrow with Intention to Chill You Out

We are all super excited to see what’s going to happen in the world of virtual reality gaming. Most of the footage we have seen of people engaging in VR looks a bit like drunken Wii playing. People lose their balance as they swat away at enemies that aren’t actually there, or attempt to run away from something terrifying to no avail, while strapped into a VR headset. Perfect from developer nDreams is a completely different VR experience, with the unique angle of just trying to get you into the chill zone.

Perfect nDreams VR game
According to a press release from nDreams, Perfect is the, “most relaxing virtual reality experience available on PlayStation®VR, Oculus Rift and HTC Vive.” The game is filled with breathtaking virtual destinations that the player can explore at their own leisure. In fact, it seems that the game may be aiming for you not to explore, but to simply find a calming landscape and relax as you look around and sink into whatever Spotify playlist you’ve set up.  Check out this soothing trailer while you hold a meditative yoga pose or sip some calming tea:

With locations like sandy beaches and beautiful mountainscapes crowned by the northern lights, Perfect lets you set up your ideal getaway. Free from all the hassles that normally accompany even the most relaxing vacations, it’s easy to see how this, Flower – like virtual experience could really bring down the blood pressure. Just don’t try and fill your room with sand and set up lamps to simulate the feeling of sunlight while you’re on your virtual beach, that just doesn’t sound safe!

Perfect will release to the PlayStation®Store on December the 13th, and will be available in Europe on the 20th. The game will release for PC on December 16th with the Oculus Rift release date still to be announced. With a launch price of around $10 and the express purpose of de-stressing you, this VR experience is most definitely a good value. Lets just hope they don’t come out with a VR game that’s better and cheaper than dating, because then we’re all doomed!
