Stunning ‘Torment: Tides of Numenera Collector’s Edition’ Also Revealed

If you’ve been an RPG fan for any length of time you are probably well aware of Planescape: Torment. One of the most critically acclaimed RPGs of its time it held its weight against other classics like Baldur’s Gate and Icewind Dale. If you’re an RPG fan of days gone by then you’ve likely also been following the development of Torment: Tides of Numenera, put together by inXile Entertainment. We’ve been reporting on the game for the past year and with every new announcement we get a bit more excited for the final product. Today, inXile have not only announced amazing Day One and Collector’s Editions for Tides of Numenera but they’ve also announced that it will be available for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One on Feb 28th, 2017. They even released a trailer detailing just how badass the Collector’s Edition is.

Torment: Tides of Numenera is set one billion years in the future, using the science-fantasy setting created by pen and paper RPG luminary, Monty Cook. Players will experience a game of intricate choices and consequences with thousands of meaningful decisions that will make every playthrough unique. Tides of Numenera was one of the most successful video game Kickstarter campaigns ever with over four million dollars pledged to the product. Originally the game was only set for a PC release but the demand for console versions was strong so luckily we’re seeing a simultaneous launch across all three platforms.
