Xbox Games with Gold Closes the Year with a Massive Month
We’re just over a week away from December and do you know what that means? Games with Gold games are being announced! The Xbox Games with Gold program is coming off a pretty solid November but it looks like they really want to close out the year with a bang. Just like every month, there will be four games added to the lineup, two for Xbox One and two for Xbox 360 (playable on Xbox One via backward compatibility). Let’s get to it!
Hitting the lineup for the Xbox 360 on Dec. 1 will be Outland, the critically well-received platformer from Housemarque and Ubisoft but if we’re being honest, the real heat drops on Dec. 16th. The middle of the month sees one of the most highly requested games ever hit the lineup, Burnout Paradise! Fans have been clamoring for what many consider to be the absolute best in Criterion’s over-the-top racing and crashing franchise.
Joining the lineup for Xbox One will be the amazing open world game, Sleeping Dogs: Definitive Edition which will be available for the entire month. Dropping on on December 16th (just in time for Christmas?) is the absolutely horrifying Outlast. Why that wasn’t an October selection is something we don’t understand at all!
