Amazon France Lists Dualshock 4 Wireless Adapter With Price/Release Date
Amazon France may have gotten a bit hasty with this posting. They have listed a Dualshock 4 Wireless Adapter on their website, along with a release date and MSRP.
There is very little in terms of information on the Amazon posting, but the date listed has the device coming out on September 15th, for a suggested price of €17,62 or roughly $24.99 CAD. Sony is listed as the manufacturer on this item though. Interestingly enough, there was also an entry added for a “Wireless PS4 Adapter”.
It’d be an smart move for Sony to add a wireless adapter for PC-based users, especially with the recent firmware update that enabled remote play via PC. The controller isn’t too bad on the emulation side of things either, so the added functionality for the PC would be a much welcomed addition.
Sadly, we’ll have to hold out until September for any more information, and see if there is any further weight to this rumor. Sony’s been the subject of a few leaks lately, such as the apparent PS4 Slim which had leaked over the weekend.
