While Dark Souls 3 has been out for over a week in Japan, we here in North America and the UK have to wait a couple more days until we can get our hands on the game.
If you are eager to get your PS4 ready to play Dark Souls 3 on release day and you pre-ordered the game, the pre-load for the game is live on the North American PSN, and requires 4.5 gigabytes of initial download, with a full download of 19.40 gigabytes.
If you’re in Europe, worry not, as pre-loads have already been up for a few hours.
The download size is a bit bigger than the 17.32 gigabytes required on Xbox One, and the 18.5 gigabytes on Steam.
Dark Souls 3 will release on PS4 this April 12th.
